eFiling

Attorneys in Alachua and Baker Counties now have the option of electronically filing documents with the Clerk of Court via the Florida Courts ePortal.  We anticipate eFiling to be available to attorneys practicing in Bradford, Gilchrist, Levy and Union counties in 2012-2013.  At this time, the ePortal only authorizes Florida attorneys as users.

The Alachua and Baker Clerk's offices are currently accepting eFilings on new and existing cases for the following divisions:

  • Circuit Civil
  • County Civil
  • Domestic Relations
  • Probate
  • Dependency

Attorneys interested in more information about eFiling in Alachua County may refer to the Alachua Clerk of the Court's eFiling page.
